Who We Are
Hexarbor is the freeze-dried fruit category brand of DINGSEL, a parent brand registered in Hefei, China. The brand is operated under licence by Hefei U-byte Technology Co., Ltd., and this website is run by Anhui Guoxin Huitou Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd., a trading company based in Hefei.
Our products are made by Anhui Dongfang Guoyuan Biological Technology Co., Ltd., a freeze-dried fruit manufacturer with a factory in Suzhou City, Anhui Province. That relationship gives buyers a documented production base and a clear point of accountability for every order.
What We Do
We supply a focused freeze-dried fruit range: strawberry crisps, apple rings, mango and yellow peach crisps, each in a sealed pouch with a recyclable packaging marking. Every item is a ready-to-eat crisp snack that can also be rehydrated in water, milk or yogurt.
Buyers use the range for snacking, breakfast cereal, yogurt, dessert and bakery toppings, and food service. Our manufacturing partner already serves customers in Southeast Asia, Europe, North America and other global markets, and we support buyers in those regions with product information and order fulfilment.
How We Do It
Quality starts with the manufacturing partner's documented systems. The Suzhou facility holds facility-level HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Kosher, Halal and GMP documentation, and production follows product standard Q/DFGY 0002S under food production licence SC11634137305039. These certificates apply to the facility, not to individual products.
After-sales is handled by the brand operator, Hefei U-byte Technology Co., Ltd. If a production quality defect appears, send photos or video and we will coordinate a remedy with the manufacturer, including replacement or partial refund. Normal wear and tear, improper storage, misuse and human damage are excluded, and statutory rights are unaffected.
